The ANZCTR evaluates and publishes reports on key clinical trial metrics for
Australia and New Zealand. These reports track important metrics such as the
number of trials registered each year, the estimated participant numbers, and
health areas being studied.
Why these reports are important
These reports are a trusted source of information for governments, funders, industry, researchers and the public. They provide:
- an objective overview of clinical trial activity in Australia and New Zealand, and
- guidance for shaping the health research agenda and future funding allocations.
